1. Start with the free trial
Every plan can be tried free before you pay. No payment is taken during a trial, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Subscription payments
- First payment: if your school's first payment for Skolijo doesn't work out, ask within 7 days of paying and we refund it in full.
- After that, a billing period that has already started is not refunded, whether monthly or yearly. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again.
- Mistakes on our side are always refunded in full: being charged twice, money taken for a payment that failed, or a wrong amount.
3. School fees paid online
- When guardians pay school fees online through Skolijo, the school decides whether a fee is refunded. Ask the school first.
- When the school approves a refund, we send it back to the guardian's original payment method.
- If money left your account but the payment didn't go through, or you paid the same fee twice, contact us or your school and we will refund it.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] or call +88 01625-852117, with:
- the school's name;
- the transaction ID from bKash, your card or bank, or your invoice number;
- the amount and date of the payment;
- the reason for the refund.
5. How long it takes
We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method (the same bKash account, card or bank account) within 7–10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
6. How to cancel
Tell our team by phone, WhatsApp or email that your school wants to cancel. There is no cancellation fee. Your account stays fully usable until the end of the paid period and then becomes read-only, so you can still download your data. We keep the data for 90 days after cancellation, as our Privacy Policy explains.
