What teachers ask
How do I make a result sheet?
Just enter each subject's marks in Skolijo. Grades, GPA, the 4th-subject calculation and merit positions follow board rules automatically, and the tabulation sheet and marksheets are ready to print.
Can I take attendance on my phone?
Yes. Open the class list and mark each student present or absent. If your school has an RFID reader, attendance is recorded when students tap their card, so you only need to check it.
Do I have to phone absent students' homes?
No. Within a few minutes of saving attendance, guardians of absent students get an SMS automatically, if your school keeps this switched on.
How is a student marked as at risk?
Students who are absent several days in a row, have a low attendance rate or failed the latest exam appear on the list with the reason.
How is the 4th subject added?
Only the grade points above 2 in the 4th subject are added to the total. Failing the 4th subject never lowers the main GPA, and the total GPA never goes above 5.00.
Can I see other classes' information?
Your school decides what you can see. Usually teachers see their own classes and subjects.
