Attendance and SMS
Take attendance and guardians know
Students tap their ID card on an RFID reader and attendance is recorded. Without a reader, teachers take it on their phone. A few minutes after attendance is saved, guardians of absent students get an SMS.

What people ask about the features
What features does school management software have?
Usually attendance, results, fees, and student and teacher records. Skolijo adds RFID card attendance, automatic guardian SMS, GPA and merit position by board rules, tabulation sheets, online admission, ID cards, transfer certificates, testimonials and teacher salaries.
Does Skolijo work on a phone?
Yes. Skolijo runs in the browser, so it works on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
How do we bring in our existing students?
Import up to 500 students at a time from an Excel or CSV file, with guardian details. Our team can help if you need it.
Are results calculated by board rules?
Yes. Separate pass marks for written, MCQ and practical, the 4th subject rule and merit position all follow board rules. An institution can also set its own grade scale.
What can guardians see?
With their own login, guardians see their child's attendance, results, fees paid, dues, routine and school notices. Absence, results and fees also reach them by SMS.
Can guardians pay fees online?
Not yet. The school office records money taken by cash, bank, bKash, Nagad or Rocket in Skolijo, and the guardian gets a receipt SMS.
